The Good

Great selection of camera and video cables as well as a select amount of speaker wire.

The Bad

Cables are most plentiful in camera and video. B&H is closed on Friday afternoons and on Saturday due to the Sabbath, so nothing is processed during that time.

The Verdict

If you need a camera or video cables this is certainly the place for you. If you need speaker wire, it is hit or miss.

Some of the products on their website are top brand models and the camera cables that they sell are manufactured by companies like Panasonic, JVC, Fujinon, Sony and Canon. Even though the site offers more than 170,000 products, the website is very well organized and set-up. Categories are clearly defined and broken-down making it easy to locate specific products.

B& H offers ‘free shipping’ on portable electronics and has a ‘Live Help’ feature, which allows you to track your purchase and shipment. B&H has a very strict return policy and refunds vary depending on payment method.
B&H seems to have a well stocked cables selection and carries an array of models in a number of price ranges.

Their ‘Live Help’ feature is a bit of a letdown. Questions tend to take three minutes for an answer and even then, the person on the other end may not be technologically inclined. Nevertheless, the online store is a safe, efficient, and a worthwhile place to shop if you are looking for camera cables especially.
